Office Associate

We are seeking a personable and hospitality-driven Floor Host to join a professional corporate office environment in Boston. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who enjoys staying active, helping others, and being the go-to person on the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and guests on an assigned floor
• Walk the floor regularly to ensure spaces are organized, stocked, and operating smoothly
• Monitor and replenish office and cleaning supplies as needed
• Assist with light furniture movement and room resets
• Help maintain a polished and welcoming office environment
• Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and connect employees with the appropriate contacts or resources
• Build strong relationships with internal teams through excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service background preferred
• Friendly, charismatic, and easy-to-approach personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the office
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Willingness to learn training will be provided
