Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential settings.
- Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend effective solutions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop their skills in the field.
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

- Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or readiness to test).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Grandville.
