Bowerman Artistry is a medical spa in Elkhart, Indiana, and we’re not interested in being another place where you clock in, run through a menu, and clock out. We offer injectables, laser services including tattoo removal, spa treatments, and permanent makeup, so our team works across real medical aesthetics, not just facials and upsells. We’re owner-operated, which means you’ll know exactly who you work for and decisions don’t disappear into a corporate chain. Our providers earn hourly pay plus commission on what they sell, so your skill and your relationships with clients directly grow your paycheck. We’re looking for people who take their craft seriously, want to keep learning, and would rather build something with a growing local business than blend in somewhere bigger.
