Registered Nurse (RN) – Homecare (Pediatric & Adult)

$50–$56/hour + Weekly Pay

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing care
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness
• Review plans of care and identify needs related to patient education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current PPD or chest X-ray (as required)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• At least one year of RN experience preferred
