Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hrly $54.22 Stipend (Lodging $952.00 + M&I $560.00 = $1,512.00


Total Comp : $3,680.80


Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• 8hrs 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• 40 hours/ week

Cardiac Cath Tech Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Prepares and maintains the cardiac catheterization room, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepares patients for procedures and verifies medical history, orders, and required documentation.
• Operates and monitors specialized cardiac catheterization and imaging equipment.
• Assists with sterile procedures, catheter insertion, and preparation of necessary instruments.
• Monitors patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythm during procedures and reports changes promptly.
• Administers or assists with medications and contrast agents as directed by the physician.
• Maintains accurate procedure records and ensures proper documentation.
• Follows radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique standards.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restocks equipment and procedure areas after each case.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Cath lab setting
• ARRT or RCIS required
• Active BLS Certificate
• Additional certifications may be required
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
