Systems Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Systems Administrator / Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IT solutions that support both internal and external users. You’ll join a team responsible for managing data centers, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure across 700+ locations nationwide. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with data center operations, Microsoft technologies, and cloud environments. Day to Day: Engineer IT infrastructure solutions aligned with security and configuration standards Provision hardware and configure software to meet departmental needs securely Ensure reliable system performance across data centers and enterprise platforms Administer and maintain servers, storage, and devices with ongoing monitoring Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, resolving incidents and requests promptly Develop and maintain server/workstation images and templates We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
