Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and lead enterprise architecture for a key client account. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, technical solution ownership, and cross-functional delivery, and a proven ability to drive solution design, create architecture artifacts, and close delivery gaps. Responsibilities: Create and maintain architecture artifacts for the Maine account. Document current architecture processes for effective turnover. Serve as the point of contact for clarification on architecture artifacts. Act as the single Enterprise Architect authority on the project and own the technical solution. Scope, assign, and own architecture work across teams. Participate as a member of the Core DDI Project Team. Report and remain accountable to the Senior Manager and Engagement Leader. Drive the Enterprise Architecture framework and artifact creation. Develop relationships with cross-functional team leads and partner teams. Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Engineering to complete artifacts. Provide performance feedback to managers on shared resources. Engage with clients and represent the architecture function in discussions. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance. Lead solutioning discussions and drive closure on gaps and decisions. Serve as the ultimate decision maker on project technology choices. Work with the Scrum Master to ensure accurate project status reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in enterprise architecture methodologies and artifact development. Experience leading cross-functional delivery with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams. Ability to own technical solutions and make sound technology decisions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Experience level: 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles. Preferred Skills: Background with healthcare or public sector programs, including DDI project environments. Familiarity with Agile practices and Scrum-based delivery. Why BCforward?
