More than 30 years later, we are an institution–growing to 25 locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Texas. But we always kept that quintessential neighborhood spirit and focused on our Southern-inspired menu of comfort food made with fresh ingredients. Though we're famous for our grits and biscuits (we bake almost 5,000 biscuits per week at each location), our loyal guests throughout the southeast come join us to enjoy breakfast and lunch throughout the day.Line Cook Job DescriptionWe have a vacant spot for a well-organized and committed line cook. The line cook produces quality food at a fast pace to the standards set by Flying Biscuit. Our goal is to employ a person with excellent time management, has strong communication skills and is professional. Line cook duties will consist of opening and closing the line, working at a fast pace in a clean and organized manner, preparing your station for success. You will be working in a kitchen for most of your workday. This means that you will also have to abide by food safety procedures and regulations. You must also be willing to assist BOH team members even when it may not be your position.
