Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery trucks delivering freight across assigned routes
• Deliver packages efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checks on manual transmissions.
• Follow established route schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. by utilizing company provided devices.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for accountability and compliance using a by utilizing company provided devices.
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers and/or managers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes
• Operate with a team of highly motivated professionals daily.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proven experience in truck driving, including package delivery driver roles involving freight handling and route driving
• Ability to load, unload and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds (dollies provided)
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving large vehicles and handling different types of freight desired but not mandatory. (Must be trained and certified on site with management team)
• Ability to work 4 consecutive 10 hour days per week.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform vehicle inspections as required
