Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, CVOR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months MT or compact RN license (#, expiration) BLS SSN, DOB, and Recent ref RTO at time of Submission
