Functional Medicine Health Coach / Nutritionist

We’re an established, growing functional medicine practice looking for an exceptional Health Coach or Nutritionist to join our team. We work with people dealing with complex chronic health concerns and use a personalized, root-cause approach combining functional medicine, nutrition, lifestyle, and evidence-based strategies. We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, energetic, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people make meaningful changes in their health. What You’ll Do Coach practice members through nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, and wellness recommendations Help people stay accountable and successfully implement their personalized plans Answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and provide ongoing support Speak with prospective practice members to learn about their health concerns, understand what they’re looking for, and help determine whether our approach may be a good fit Build strong relationships and create an exceptional practice-member experience Communicate closely with the rest of the care team Document interactions and stay organized with follow-up Who We’re Looking For You should have: A background in functional medicine, nutrition, health coaching, integrative health, or a related field A strong understanding of functional medicine principles Excellent communication and people skills Confidence working directly with practice members Strong organization, reliability, and follow-through Comfort with technology and learning new systems A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached An interest in finding a stable, long-term position and growing with the company We’re willing to train the right person, but you should already have a solid foundation in functional medicine and health. Schedule Pacific Time Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-5:00 PM PT Friday: 8:30 AM-2:00 PM PT OR Eastern Time Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM-1:30 PM and 2:30 PM-6:30 PM ET Friday: 11:30 AM-5:00 PM ET Some flexibility is available with the Eastern schedule.
