Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care and community health services. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations. Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of merchandise. Model and enforce customer service standards to meet patient needs. Participate in community outreach programs, promoting community engagement. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare providers and analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Ability to oversee pharmacy operations and manage staff effectively.
