Electrical Design Engineering Internships

are offered in our High Performance Analog business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Job Summary: Support the design, analysis, simulation, and testing of RF, analog, and power management circuit card assemblies for advanced communication and electronic systems. Assist engineers with schematic development, component selection, RF signal chain design, and circuit performance optimization. Participate in characterization and laboratory testing using equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and power meters. Perform circuit simulations and analyses to evaluate gain, noise figure, linearity, power consumption, and overall system performance. Contribute to design documentation, technical reports, design reviews, and test procedures. Gain hands-on experience developing next-generation RF and mixed-signal hardware while working alongside experienced electrical and RF design engineers. Qualifications: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering Student must have completed some RF or Microwave design course work Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred Familiarity with design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, LTspice, ADS, or similar engineering software. Minimum GPA of 3.0 Strong collaboration skills Self-Starter with good communication skills Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information Detail oriented to ensure design and delivery of high yielding products Be able to enjoy working in fast paced work environment This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company. Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
