Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics is hiring for a lease-purchase flatbed role based in Joplin, MO for CDL drivers aiming to move toward ownership in one year. You’ll operate regional flatbed runs, secure and haul diverse freight, and ensure compliant, timely deliveries across Midwest lanes.

Compensation & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and access 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors under our lease-to-own plan.

Daily duties:

• Conduct required inspections and document maintenance needs.
• Execute proper tarping, chaining, and load securement.
• Keep accurate logs and coordinate with dispatch.
