Flex Full Time (28-40 hours/week)
Rotating on-call weekends/holidays.

• Collaborates effectively with patients, families and care teams; models accountability, professionalism and cultural awareness
• Identifies and communicates safety concerns; promotes healthy work practices and work life balance
• Provides patient, family and staff education using adult learning principles; supports onboarding and development of new staff and students
• Delivers patient centered care using the nursing process and Relationship Based Care principles
• Develops individualized plans of care and communicates clinical needs across the care team
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation to support quality and continuity of care
• Actively participates in shared governance, quality improvement and evidence based practice initiatives
• Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork and commitment to improving patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Ability to provide age appropriate care based on principles of growth and development

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and application of the nursing process

   

• Physical ability to perform job duties, including mobility, lifting, standing and manual dexterity
  
   

   

Education & Experience

• Prior dialysis experience preferred
• BSN preferred
  
   

Licensure & Certifications

• Current RN license or temporary practice permit in applicable state or compact state
• BLS or CPR certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
• Graduate Nurses must complete RN licensure exam within 6 months of hire
• National certification preferred
