Physical Therapist: Home Health Compensation

• Pay rate: $55.52 per hour
• Shift Requirements: Mon-Fri 8a-5pm

Physical Therapist: Home Health Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services to individuals in their home or alternative settings following policies and physicians' plans of care.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment programs, and administer complex therapeutic exercises.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers to improve functional mobility and activities of daily living.
• Supervise and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides.
• Ensure appropriate use of adaptive equipment and maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team.

Physical Therapist: Home Health QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• On-site work environment
• No remote options; 40 hours guaranteed
• Compliance with licensing requirements and productivity of 30 points per week

Education/Licenses Needed

• NC license required
• Physical Therapy credential
• Experience with Oasis Assessment, EMR-HCHB
