What Will Make You Shine In This Role?

• Solid experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Previous experience participating in implementation projects, support, evolutionary improvements, and optimization of ERP processes.
• Functional knowledge in different Business Central modules such as:
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Supply Chain
  • Purchases and Sales
  • Operations
  • Inventory and Logistics
  • Treasury and Banks
  • Fixed Assets
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements together with business users and stakeholders.
• Experience in functional tool parametrization/configuration and UAT testing support.
• Knowledge of business administrative, financial, and operational processes.
• Intermediate/advanced English desirable for interaction in regional or global projects.

Your Daily Impact

• Participate in local, regional, and global projects for the implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Analyze business processes and design functional solutions aligned to client needs in different areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Purchases, Sales, Operations, and Inventory.
• Gather functional requirements with key users and project stakeholders.
• Configure and parameterize Business Central modules according to the client's operational needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Execute and coordinate functional tests/UAT ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
• Train end users and accompany adoption processes of the tool.
• Provide functional support and post-implementation follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams, PMs, and consultants from different areas.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes within projects.
• Ensure successful operational implementations, prioritizing customer experience and objective fulfillment.
