Kona Medical Consulting is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Below are the details of the position:
Overview
Learning Path ABA Services is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality 1:1 therapy to children with autism in our Grand Blanc center. RBT’s will implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of BCBA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based or in-home setting.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans as designated by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach with clients and families.
- Uphold BACB ethical standards and center policies.
- Willingness to travel for in-home services.
Pay Range and Benefits
- $16.00 - $18.00 to start based on experience.
- Health insurance stipend or group coverage option (for eligible full-time staff).
- Paid training
- PTO and paid holidays for full-time staff after 90 days.
