Ben Bridge Jeweler's corporate office in Downtown Seattle is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. What the role is: The Senior Marketing Coordinator helps in the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives throughout the year. This role is essential to the success of our marketing efforts, overseeing campaign development and trafficking while ensuring all initiatives are on brand and effective. Working cross-functionally with Media, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams, this position supports an elevated omnichannel customer experience by helping ensure the right product mix is featured across marketing campaigns and creative assets and that content is appropriately linked to website destinations to drive engagement and conversion. As the day-to-day marketing contact for luxury co-op partners including Rolex, Cartier, and Mikimoto, this role manages communications, coordinates marketing initiatives, and ensures fulfillment of co-op requirements and opportunities alongside the Senior Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator. This position also works closely with the Senior Marketing Director and Marketing leadership on growth initiatives, department operations, and budget management. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, passionate, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with a positive attitude. Three or more years of marketing and campaign management experience is preferred, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external agency partners. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the strategy development and execution of Ben Bridge and co-op marketing plans while serving as the day-to-day point of contact for vendor partners. Partner in campaign development, including creating compelling project briefs that provide direction to internal and external teams, and coordinate production activities such as photo shoots. Work with the internal team to evaluate creative and provide feedback to ensure all assets align with brand standards. Work with cross-functional teams to create and deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns showcasing the right product mix for business goals. Analyze and report on the success of marketing efforts by reviewing metrics and conducting post-mortems following initiatives. Assist in managing the marketing budget, department inventory, and customer list requests. Job Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience in lieu of education. Three or more years of experience in marketing or a related field; jewelry industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to be nimble, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Positive team player who collaborates effectively across departments and with external agency partners. Working Standards: Hybrid role with required 3 days a week in office, or on assigned days to perform essential functions Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
