SR QA Engineer

Role SR QA Engineer Location San Diego, California (onsite) Responsibilities and Qualifications Strong Manual QA Experience (7+ years) Good understanding of device and firmware testing. Ability to document scenarios, create test strategy, execute test cases, and triage bugs with business and development engineers. Field testing experience. API experience and build and execute API scenarios. Ability to test firmware, software and hardware. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in test, defect and execution systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc. Good understanding of CI/CD and triage pipeline failures. Ability to guide and verify work of junior testers. Willingness to travel to client sites as required (including New York). Desired Skills Knowledge of transportation, fair collections and payments.
