Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting during night shifts. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and the delivery of high-quality care through clinical expertise and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient interactions, observations, and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work 36-48 hours per week during night shifts.
