Clean Team is actively recruiting a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily commercial janitorial services across our Bay City accounts. In this vital leadership role, you will act as the primary bridge between our client facilities and our dedicated cleaning technicians. Your main objective is to ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently met, maintain seamless daily operations, and foster a supportive, productive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Supervision & Quality Control: Perform routine quality assurance inspections across assigned facilities to ensure all work adheres to Clean Team's elevated hygiene and safety standards.Team Leadership & Development: Onboard, train, and mentor cleaning associates.
