Application

Position Description

Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such as project scheduling software.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with project teams to prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts.
Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Foster effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

Experience in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in construction management or project coordination is essential.
Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as HeavyBid is a plus.
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of construction processes, site experience, and blueprint reading skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Effective time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
