We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to work the weekend shift from 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with check-ins, checkout, and inquiriesAnswer phone calls and respond to guest requests professionallyMonitor hotel activity to ensure guest safety and security overnightHandle reservationsComplete a shift log of any incidental reportsAddress guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessaryQualifications: Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and stay alert during overnight hoursBasic computer skills: familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plusBe dependable, punctual, and have a professional appearanceBe able to stay awake during late hours of the night and go to the hotel if the guest has an issue in personAt CSS, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and merit-based workplace.
