Responsibilities Proficiently interact with customers on behalf of the company Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Be part of a group under a Fortune 100 conglomerate Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Provide quotes for customers Continuously improve through feedback Qualifications Customer care skills Proven work experience as client - customer service representative Proven direct sales experience Knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Willing to become licensed in Life/Health and be bank certified P&C licensed required Creole speaker required Compensation Base pay + uncapped commissions included in pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr
