UX Consultant

Ideal Candidate Preference:

Experience with Healthcare insurance Industry, shopping (ideal)
Experience with digital/omni Shopping experiences (ideal, could be any industry)
MUST know and be an expert in Adobe XD
MUST know and be an expert in Salesforce Lightning Design System
MUST know and be familiar with using Component Libraries and Design Systems
MUST be familiar with and comfortable supporting Agile development methodology
MUST be comfortable in a leading UX/UI role to support the end-to-end project lifecycle from creative concept design through QA testing of developed sites for adherence to design standards.

Summary of work:

Support business partners (Sales Support Team) to ensure the migrated experience design supports existing functionality available from current vendor (BenefitFocus) to new vendor (SalesForce)
Align SalesForce out-the-box solution developed by vendor partner to match UI/UX standards of the Blue Cross design system and VDK as close as possible without creating custom development for vendor development team.
Produce Adobe XD prototypes to support changes/recommendations to UI for project
Design solutions based on user stories, pain points, etc. of Broker audience
Report to Head of UX and support UX tasks as assigned from the project team (evaluate user stories, get design direction, sign-offs, etc.)
