Executive Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

Executive Medical Director leading clinical development programs in solid tumor oncology. Responsible for strategy, design, and execution of multiple complex trials while overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and oversight of multiple oncology clinical development programs
• Direct clinical study teams, monitor study integrity, and review safety and efficacy data
• Develop, analyze, and interpret protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations to ensure enrollment targets and timeline delivery
• May supervise Medical and Scientific Directors and serve on Clinical Strategy Teams

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or equivalent with relevant therapeutic specialty
• Residency completion strongly preferred; fellowship desirable
• 5+ years clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead complex clinical research programs independently
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication abilities
