Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead Person must be able to function with minimal management and provide support and supervision within the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling most common issues involving equipment, products, and personnel.

This position requires the ability to supervise and execute assigned tasks in a timely manner within a specific phase or area of warehouse operations, while identifying and reporting any issues, concerns, or wrongdoing.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to walk continuously during warehouse operations
• Occasional sitting as required
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–25 lbs
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
• Ability to push and pull using arms and legs
• Frequent use of hands and feet for repetitive movements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving skills related to warehouse operations, equipment, and personnel
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining safety, productivity, and operational efficiency

This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can lead a team, support management, and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

The person might start between 9:00-10:00 am, till 5:00 - 6:00 pm, 2 days off. During Valentine’s Day and Mother's Day rushes, the schedule will change completely based on the day's projection.
