Air Reserve Technician

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART) enlisted position provides planning, directing, organizing, and 1st level supervision of the Human Resources Military Personnel Section (MPS). Duties:

• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of Military Personnel Programs, ensuring that Military Personnel Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs
• Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities, advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
• Participate in special studies and projects related to military personnel programs, assist managers in strategic planning and in identifying immediate and long-range program/training and technology needs.
• Establish, define, and implement requirements for the military personnel section to ensure operations are in line with regulatory requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
