If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our client and national leadership.As a GEOINT Collection Manager and DCA on our team, you’ll help your client understand and implement the most efficient automated strategies to capture and collect the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platforms and sensor capabilities, you will help your client develop and apply effective collection strategies that combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open source, to enable automated tipping and queueing models. You’ll validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft as you work to refine further collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide stakeholders.As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for critical recommendations in an ever-changing environment. You will often collaborate with other IC Agencies on systems, architecture, and software compatibility to push GEOINT collection into the future. The world can't wait.You Have:Experience using JEMA and GIMS event portal to create traditional or automated strategies to support ABI/OBP CONOPSExperience with GEOINT database knowledge, including GIMS, YODA, WEB BVI, CRATE, or JEMAKnowledge of GEOINT Community, their focus areas, and their collection management structures, including NSG tools and DoD or IC collaboration tools designed to assist in GEOINT collection, production, simulation, visualization and analyticsKnowledge of the impacts of phenomenology on the tasking of NTM, airborne, non-imaging sensors, and FGI and commercial source imageryKnowledge of capabilities and limitations of SIGINT HUMINT, MASINT, and open-sourceAbility to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration and collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approachesAbility to produce briefings and information papers for leadership on the status of collection operations supportAbility to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPEDTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with GEOINT, Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINTNice If You Have:Experience in GEOINT collections, analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, and project managementExperience performing GEOINT collection using GIMSExperience developing requirements for GEOINT systemsKnowledge of GEOINT Integration ProgramsAbility to facilitate interagency collaborationGPC-F CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
