As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Optician to join our dynamic team. Position Overview : We are currently looking for an Optician and Pretester specializing in customer service and frame and lens selection to support our optometric team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a keen understanding of optical instruments. Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of lens types, frame styles, and industry trends.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
- Familiarity with vision insurance plans is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Great attitude with a desire to have fun at work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
