About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions Center Lead for the East Arabia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product solutioning for prioritized customer segments, driving growth and revenue by creating and selling data-driven, scalable, and needs-based solutions. This strategic and execution-driven role requires a deep understanding of market, segments, and customer needs, as well as the ability to translate market strategy into solutions for frontline teams. The role involves empowering account managers, meeting customers to understand their needs, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payment and fintech industry, product development lifecycle, and relevant technology platforms, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions Center Lead include enabling market strategy, developing solutions across all products and services, and sharing market and segment knowledge with regional product teams. The role also involves dual people leadership, with a focus on ensuring strong alignment and collaboration across markets and regional functions. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and be an autonomous leader with a passion for driving innovation and delivering business results.
