Treatment Coordinator – Help Patients Say “Yes” to Dentistry

Are you confident, outgoing, and motivated by results? Our growing dental practice is looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients understand the value of their care and feel confident moving forward with treatment.

This is more than an administrative role. You’ll play a key part in practice growth by guiding patients through treatment plans, building trust, and helping them say “yes” to the care they need.

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in a way patients understand
• Guide financial conversations, including insurance, co-pays, and financing options
• Build trust with patients and help overcome objections to treatment
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain strong patient relationships
• Partner with doctors and team members to support production goals
• Track case acceptance and contribute to team performance metrics
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
