Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We are hiring a dependable, hardworking  Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to help maintain residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, works well with others, and can be counted on to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using commercial mowing equipment
• Edge and trim around sidewalks, flower beds, buildings, and other structures
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Remove weeds from flower beds and landscaped areas
• Install flowers, shrubs, mulch, and seasonal materials
• Safely operate blowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Remove debris and leave each property clean and professionally maintained
• Assist with irrigation inspections and basic repairs as needed
• Perform routine equipment care and report maintenance issues
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete daily routes and assignments

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons

Work Environment

This position involves physically demanding outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Team members must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry materials, and operate powered equipment for extended periods.
