Marketing Director

Lead the next stage of Poolwerx US Marketing Poolwerx is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our team through its next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn strategy into disciplined execution across a complex, multi-location business. You’ll lead marketing across brand, national and local campaigns, Franchise Development, digital performance and agency partnerships, working closely with our leadership team and ANZ global marketing specialists to build an increasingly connected, scalable and high-performing marketing operation. We’re not looking for someone to simply inherit a finished playbook. You’ll join a business that is continuing to build, improve and scale its marketing capability, and you’ll have a meaningful role in shaping what comes next. What you’ll lead Own marketing performance across Poolwerx US, including national marketing, local marketing and Franchise Development. Translate global marketing strategy and capability into effective USA market execution. Lead, coach and develop the USA marketing team. Establish strong marketing operating rhythms, accountability and performance visibility. Partner with Operations, Franchise Development, Supply and Digital to ensure campaigns are commercially and operationally ready. Lead agency performance, marketing investment and continuous optimisation. Drive Franchise Partner adoption of marketing programs, platforms and initiatives. Strengthen Franchise Development marketing across direct and broker-generated candidate channels. Use data, reporting and commercial insight to continually improve marketing effectiveness. What you’ll bring You’ll be a commercially minded marketing leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and ensuring it gets executed. You’ll bring demonstrated experience leading marketing within a franchise, multi-location or distributed service business, together with: Proven success across integrated brand, consumer and growth marketing. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets, investment and ROI. Experience leading high-performing marketing teams and external agency partners. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, performance marketing and marketing technology. The ability to translate strategy into disciplined operational execution. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Experience working across matrix or shared-service environments would be highly regarded. Why Poolwerx?
