Role Summary As a Project Manager on the Delivery team at Notable, you will lead the end-to-end execution of client projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support. You’ll be the main point of contact for client teams, aligning clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to make a direct impact on healthcare by helping providers automate manual work and improve patient outcomes. Experience with EMR-related projects and comfort navigating ambiguity will set you up for success as we scale and evolve our delivery model. What You’ll Do Project Leadership & Execution Stakeholder Engagement Startup Adaptability Cross-Functional Collaboration What We’re Looking For 5+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operations Strong track record managing EMR-related projects (Cerner, Epic, Oracle Health, or similar). Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation; strong PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management). Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.). Ability to travel and be onsite with customers, at events, and in office collaboration Certifications (Preferred) PMP or equivalent project management certification. Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training. Compensation $105K - $130K | Offers Equity Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings ("OTE" = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of and governed by sales commission plans. Non-sales roles may also be eligible for additional compensation. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
