Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative. This is not a typical entry-level lead generation role; we are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of closing. As the frontline of the sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and driving them through the entire sales cycle to conversion. This is a remote position for an ambitious closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify high-intent B2B leads through strategic outbound initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to final contract execution.
• Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific client pain points.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales messaging and market positioning.
• Negotiate terms and overcome objections to secure long-term partnerships.
