AM/Morning-Opening Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. We open for service at 6:00 AM Monday through Saturday. We are seeking hard‑working individuals who can assist in both Front of House and Back of House operations to help open and serve through the Breakfast and Lunch‑time dayparts throughout the week, including Saturdays, throughout the year. Responsibilities Inventory management: receiving and storing deliveries. Exterior building maintenance (parking lot clean up, landscaping stewardship) Assist with minor equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Dishwashing Adherence to Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures. Strive for product quality and consistency. Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations. Follow sanitation and safety procedures. Maintain consistently reliable attendance and punctuality. Requirements Open availability: must be available to arrive no later than 7 AM daily. Ability to multitask. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace. Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
