Job Duties:

In this role, you will support Correctional Officer candidates throughout the hiring process by reviewing and verifying applicant information and required documents, responding to questions about the application steps, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all applications.

A good candidate is comfortable working with applicants, asking questions to confirm information, staying focused while reviewing documents, and confident using computer systems. This candidate must communicate clearly, handle tasks with professionalism, and are able to learn established procedures quickly.

You bring a solid foundation in human resources or administrative support, supported by a college degree. A great candidate has prior experience working with customers or applicants, demonstrates strong attention to detail, maintains accuracy, communicates clearly and professionally, excels in the use of computer systems for data entry, and can stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
