Title
Emergency Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
- Travel experience required.
- Certifications: BCLS (BLS), ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS.
- Epic charting experience is a requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy emergency department setting.
- Manage patient assessment and associated emergency interventions for a range of conditions including trauma, stroke, and STEMI.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Perform rapid assessments and triage based on clinical guidelines.
- Provide behavioral health de-escalation and support as needed.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours.
- Guaranteed hours: Clinician may be called off for up to 1 x 12-hour shift per 2-week period.
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
- Includes parking and scrub color guidelines (any color except reddish-orange).
