The role requires assessing and managing a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric cases, in a high-acuity environment. Job Details Position Description: ER RN - Variable Day/Mid shifts, based on unit need. Certifications: IN/Compact License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). Education Requirements: Associate Degree or Certificate. Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/13/2026 Additional Qualifications: Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Candidate should be resilient, able to manage change well, and a hard worker in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities: Deliver urgent, comprehensive care to patients with a variety of emergency conditions, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
