Day-to-day, you’ll: Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar) Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals Manage user accounts, permissions, and access Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues Document everything clearly and elevate when needed Spot opportunities to improve IT processes and the user experience Occasionally support after-hours projects, upgrades, or critical issues You’ll thrive if you love solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping people productive. What we’re looking for 2+ years of help desk / IT support experience Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bonus points for CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications, or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Ready to join a team that values your skills and helps you grow?
