Job Title Director, Pricing & Contracting - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Colorado Springs CO or Plymouth MN) Job Description This leader will combine med-tech industry expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to empower commercial leaders and maximize IGT-Ds commercial effectiveness. Your role: Lead collaboration with business stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Legal, Compliance) to drive improved performance of sales and bring forward innovative solutions to support business growth Coordinate and project manage cross function and division efforts to develop pricing strategies for existing and future products Management of pricing analytics development and pricing approval process to ensure compliance with audit requirements and to drive increased revenue and margin for the organization. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Plymouth Minnesota or Colorado Springs CO is $145,000 to $290,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
