Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training | Customer-Facing Sales

Launch Cincinnati is seeking motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our Ohio team as Customer Sales Associates .

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position . Customer Sales Associates interact directly with customers while representing established client brands, identifying customer needs, explaining available products and services, and assisting customers with selections and enrollment.

This role is a strong fit for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing environments who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing their communication and sales skills.

Paid training is provided , including hands-on coaching on client products and services, customer engagement, sales processes, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interaction
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide information about client products, services, and available options
• Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
• Assist with customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
• Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information
• Maintain accurate customer information when required
• Represent client brands professionally
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team objectives
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with and assisting customers face-to-face
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to receive and apply feedback
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to the Atlanta work location
• Available for full-time, in-person work

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, restaurants, or other customer-facing positions is preferred but not required.

This position is fully in-person and requires direct, face-to-face interaction with customers. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity .
