HealthPlus Staffing is excited to assist one of our esteemed clients in finding a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant for their outpatient primary care practice in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch care to patients aged 65 and older.
Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Position: Outpatient Primary Care
Specialization: Geriatrics
Start Date: Flexible but ideally ASAP
Compensation: Highly competitive base + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient intake, including vital signs
Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures
Handle appointment scheduling and patient records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certification preferred (RMA or CMA from accredited program)
CPR Certification
Prior experience as an MA
IV Start Certification preferred
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Experience with older adult patients is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
