Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters. This role demands a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Duties/Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate the activities of designated projectsEnsure budget and schedule goals and objectives are accomplishedSupport the execution of projects with the highest regard for worker safetyUnderstand construction processes and work to successfully implement project plansExhibit excellent leadership and communication skillsManage diverse teams and stakeholders effectivelyUnderstand construction budgeting and cost control.
