Darway Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring and dedicated team. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply!

CNA Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
- Assist with restorative care and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills
