Our Biblical Framework and "Love One Another" Christian ministry theme (John 13:34) guide every action and help us to focus on our Mission: To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults.ResponsibilitiesThe Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.QualificationsDemonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.Pay RangeThe estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role.
