The ideal candidate is comfortable working inside clubs, partnering with operators, and holding teams accountable to onboarding and training standards. This person is organized, adaptable, and confident facilitating training for both club leaders and at times frontline team members, . They bring strong communication skills, operational awareness, and a passion for developing people while ensuring consistency, compliance, and execution at scale.**\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_****What You’ll Do:*** Deliver in-person onboarding and role-based training in clubs and during new club openings in St. Louis, Albuquerque & Houston area.* Conduct field observations, audits, and coaching to verify training is applied correctly* Partner with Regional, Market and Club Leaders to reinforce onboarding and development plans* Track training completion and readiness using learning systems and reporting tools* Provide real-time feedback, reinforcement, and follow-up coaching in the field\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_**What Success Looks Like:*** Onboarding and training programs are executed consistently and compliantly across assigned markets* New club openings launch on time with teams trained, confident, and operationally ready* Leaders are effectively executing onboarding and development plans within their clubs
