Job Summary:
This position is for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) at a Short Term Acute Care facility designated as Level IV Trauma Center. Located in Newberg, Oregon, candidates are responsible for providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires candidates to bring their Oregon RN license on the first day of employment. The assignment starts on 08/03/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of clinical experience in a similar setting, current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications, Oregon RN license (or pending license), experience with Epic electronic medical record system, and vaccinations for COVID-19 and Flu.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at a Level IV Trauma Center or similar acute care environment; proficiency in accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care/management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between units and nearby facilities based on hospital needs.
• Additional Information: Candidates must not reach out to facility contacts directly unless pre-arranged. Candidates are required to have a vehicle for travel. The assignment involves working on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day) and requesting all scheduling or RTO (Reason To Own) upfront during submittal.
